You could do (3+4) * 15, 7 * (10+5), you get the idea, right? Take a number and divide it into parts!

Hello!

Written into words or, do you want the answer?

I'll do both either way! XD

Word form of 7 · 15: "Seven times 15" (which would equal 105.)

Equation: 7x ·15 = 105x

7x · 15 = {Multiply the numbers 7 x 15 = 105}.

OR, another way is: (3+4) * 15, 7 * (10+5)

I Hope my answer has come to your Help AT LEAST. Thank you for posting your question here in Brainly. We hope to answer more of your questions and inquiries soon. Have a nice day ahead! :)

Solve the equation ( 1 point) 3/4x=9

A) X=12
B) X=108
C) X=72
D) X= 4/9
Elena L [17]

Answer:

x = 12

Step-by-step explanation:

Solve for x:

(3 x)/4 = 9

Multiply both sides of (3 x)/4 = 9 by 4/3:

(4×3 x)/(3×4) = 4/3×9

4/3×3/4 = (4×3)/(3×4):

(4×3)/(3×4) x = 4/3×9

4/3×9 = (4×9)/3:

(4×3 x)/(3×4) = (4×9)/3

(4×3 x)/(3×4) = (3×4)/(3×4)×x = x:

x = (4×9)/3

9/3 = (3×3)/3 = 3:

x = 4×3

4×3 = 12:

Answer: x = 12

Solve for x
Urgent need help
fiasKO [112]
I believe you need to solve this using the quadratic formula!
To begin, this is what it is:
x= -b ± √ b^2 - 4ac / 2a
Just plug in what you have in your problem...
2 being a, 13 being b, and -24 being c.
So we get:
x= -13 ± √13^2 - 4(2)(-24) / 2(2)
x= -13 ± √169 - 8 (-24) / 4
x= -13 ± √169 + 192 / 4
x= -13 ± √361 / 4
The square root of 361 is 19.
So you have: -13 ± 19 / 4.
Here's where you take the equation -13 ± 19 and put the addition and subtraction sign to use.
-13 - 19 = -32
and
-13 + 19 = 6
Now all is left to do is divide the two numbers by 4.
-32/4 = -8
and
6/4 = 3/2

x = -8, 3/2

Cora said that (5b)^2 = 10b^2.
Describe her mistake and state the correct answer.
klio [65]

The easiest answer I know is if you swap the bs with xs, then there will be two equations called parabolas. They open upward if the value is positive and open downward if the value is negative. If the exponent is 2, then it's a parabola. If it's 3, then it's a cubic function, because cube is for "3". Square is for "2". If you look at both parabolas, you can see that 10x^2 is wider than (5x)^2.

So the best answer I can think of is She made a mistake because the parabola on the 10x² graph is wider than the (5x)² graph. Also, it's because 5x and 10x are not the same thing. When an x value increases, the graph is narrower.
