The answer to this question would be: d. carboxyl:amino

Amino acid is a molecule that formed by carboxyl and amino group. In amino acids, the carboxyl group will form acid and amino group would be the base. The amino group would be the molecule with an amine (NH2) and carboxyl group would be a molecule with COOH part.
