The communication that can be provided must be focused on generating opportunities to explore, explain alternative meanings and beliefs, as well as the gain of control through the generation of solutions and improvement of skills that allow to make it effective. There are protocols that are taken to evaluate a person and their risk of committing suicide, firstly they must identify how many risk factors concur at the same time, for example: alcoholism, psychosis, previous attempts, depression, traumas, history, grief, addictions, etc, then through an interview the current risk is evaluated, to know if there is suicidal ideation. In the interview, we look for answers or affirmations to know more about the possible idea of ​​the patient, it is necessary to ask: How do you plan to solve your situation / or the situation you have described?,  Have you thought about getting out of the way?, Have you ever thought about hurting yourself?He commented that he does not sleep much, when he is unable to sleep.think?, these question should indicate us if they need farther questioing.
