For a phrase to exist someone must have use it first, therefore the answer will not be <em>nobody</em>. In this case the best answer will be<em>a small group </em>as a lot of<u> idioms and incorrect phrases come from the use of them on a specific context</u>, once it is used out of that specific context it is consider grammatically wrong or it is being used on an incorrect way.
Ethos is about establishing your authority to speak on the subject, logos is your logical argument for your point and pathos is your attempt to sway an audience emotionally.
