The correct answer is B.

When you are transferring a call to another person in the company you need to let the person on the phone know who you are transferring them too and their number in case the person they need to speak to does not pick up the phone or they get disconnected. By giving them the extension number and name the caller can redial themselves if needed. Then you transfer them and hang up.
