It has the features of a written constitution, and is considered by some as the first written Constitution in the Western tradition, and thus earned Connecticut its nickname of The Constitution State. John Fiske, a Connecticut historian, was the first to claim that the Fundamental Orders were the first written Constitution, a claim disputed by some modern historians. The orders were transcribed into the official colony records by the colony's secretary Thomas Welles. It was a Constitution for the colonial government of Hartford and was similar to the government Massachusetts had set up. However, this Order gave men more voting rights and opened up more men to be able to run for office positions.

Julio is trying to get his friend megan to upgrade her flip phone to a smartphone. he tells her that not having a smartphone in
andreev551 [17]
This is a weak analogy. Flip phones were created much later than a horse buggy. And even so, flip phones still perform the main purpose of a phone: calling.

As for that, the argument itself does sound a bit convincing at first glance. The parallels seem pretty even and accurate. But a flip phone will still work, no matter what time or era it is.

a statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chance. group of answer choices true false
IrinaK [193]

A statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chancea statistically significant result indicates that your findings are not likely due to chance.this is a true statement.

Statistical significance provides a cut-off value for determining whether a sample's results and observable effects are primarily due to screening and accurately represent the characteristics of the study population. This significance threshold is often 0.05-5%, regardless of the need for documentation. This is because the implications of our findings recognize the importance of both Type I and Type II errors. When we say that a result is "statistically significant", we mean it is statistically significantly different from 0.

There is usually a null hypothesis that the parameter is equal to zero. Through statistical analysis, tests can be performed to prove that such parameters are statistically significantly different from zero. Therefore, you should know that this value is statistically significantly different from 0 when viewed in text.
