History

The reason why political parties create platforms is to make sure that they’ll be able to provide policies that are consistent to the principles and ideologies of the party. Voters would have an idea of how the government would go about in dealing with different issues that the country has such as problems in health care, education, foreign policy, welfare.

Political Parties create platforms to inform their voter base/voters in general of the party's stance on certain major issues, which may be turning point.

e.g. The √-1 Party is Pro-Choice, wants 100 Weeks of Maternity/Paternity Leave, loves gun rights and thinks toothbrushing should be mandatory.

Where can you find information about the single best career path to the job you want?
Novay_Z [31]
The correct answer should be A: there is no single best career path.

Sure if you want to become an actor you have higher chances if you go to an acting school, for example, but there have been countless examples of non-schooled actors who just went to auditions or who worked as waiters and got seen in a restaurant and were hired. You should always keep your eyes open for all options.

sveta [45]
The closest one is the last one. He can veto bills that he doesn't like. That means it has to go back to both houses. They can re-submit it with a 2/3 majority and his veto can be overridden and it becomes law without his consent.
