The campaign to liberate Kuwait is actually called just this: the Liberation of Kuwait (this is one possible answer). The Invasion of Kuwait was a part of the Gulf War (1990-1991) and I guess that this is the best answer and what the question is asking for.

This war was a war between Iraq on one side and UN-led coalition on the other side.<span />
