I would say it would deal with one's humanity to man to decide who to rescue with only three seats to fill in other words, the best choice would be to rescue the elderly and/or women with babies or small children, or the sick to help those most in need.

If you see a large group of stranded passengers standing next to a disabled bus, and you have only three seats in your car, deciding who to rescue deals with the issue of equity. The issue of equity refers to dealing with what is equally fair or right in this situation. Although there are more than you have room to rescue, but you can rescue some, how do you decide who to rescue? What makes one person more qualified to be rescued over the one next to them?
