The Fishers overlook Erik's brutality on the grounds that Erik is an ace controller who is effortlessly ready to veil his actual self when his folks are around him. He rapidly transforms into a sweet, pure kid when the Fishers are around, yet he pitilessly turns on Paul when they leave the room.

What important U.S city say by itself in the southern regoin
kherson [118]

Answer:

The culture of the Southern United States, or Southern culture, is a subculture of the United States. The combination of its unique history and the fact that many Southerners maintain—and even nurture—an identity separate from the rest of the country has led to its being the most studied and written-about region of the U.S.

Describe how the population movements from the Northeast to the Sunbelt, and from inner cities to the suburbs, altered major fea
Liono4ka [1.6K]

The movement from the Northeast to the Sunbelt occurred after the extensive use of air conditioning made the hot weather of the South more bearable for a larger number of people. Many people moved to the Sunbelt in order to enjoy better weather and recreational opportunities.

On the other hand, the movement from inner cities to the suburbs occurred when the economy of the United States improved and new families wanted their own homes that were suitable for nuclear families. The suburbs also benefitted from a better road system and the availability of cars.

I believe that the latter movement was the most significant one, as it left a deep mark on the lifestyle of the United States. It led to the development of extremely large supermarkets. It also made owning a vehicle vital. Finally, this change also led to the rise of a "commuter culture" and to the disappearance of housing in the center of major cities.

Imagine that you work for the local animal shelter. Your goal is to increase the number of people who are willing to adopt a dog
Alecsey [184]

Answer:

Foot-in-the-door technique.

Explanation:

This technique involves having an individual do something small so that, in the long game, you manage to convince them of doing something bigger. In this case, wearing a button that says "adopt a dog today" would be a small feat to accomplish. After some weeks of wearing that, you ask this same person to adopt a dog. In this scenario, you would have greater chances of convincing them if they wore the button.
