Education was not allowed while marriage was allowed for the slaves in United States of America.

Explanation:

Education of slaves was prohibited by their master in the United States of America in order to prevent rebellious in the slaves. Marriage was allowed between male slave and female slave in order to increase slave population and earn profit by selling these slave children. Sometimes the master also make sexual relation with the female slave for increasing the population of slaves.
