Aerobic training include the training that is done in the presence of oxygen and it gives more power to the oxygen rate and in anaerobic training it includes training without the presence of oxygen and it includes a sudden hike in the level of oxygen

Explanation:

Aerobic exercises are more important because they improve the cardiovascular health burning of fat and the ability of the body to recover after the intense exercise changing the composition of muscles the blood vessels becomes bigger mitochondria and the myoglobin increases and this increases the aerobic capacity of the muscles

In anaerobic training this includes the gradual twitching to sudden high twitching this increases the power of the muscles and the better lactic acid toleration and improves muscle endurance hormones are also boosted up in the anaerobic exercises

I am Lyosha [343]

The question is incomplete as it does not have the options which are:

  • estradiol; pituitary gland
  • testosterone; hypothalamus
  • leptin; hypothalamus
  • leptin; pituitary gland

Answer:

leptin; hypothalamus

Explanation:

Gonadotropin hormones are the peptide hormones released by the nerve cells of the hypothalamus which stimulates the anterior hormone to release the gonadotropins like the LH and FSH hormones.

The GnRH hormone is released when the leptin, a protein hormone secreted by the adipocytes stimulates the GnRH neurons of the hypothalamus to release the hormone in both males and females.

Thus, leptin; hypothalamus is the correct answer.
