Answer:

Salutation

Explanation:

People often write to me asking for help with salutations. But when I read their questions, I find that they deal with "Best regards" or "Sincerely yours." Those are complimentary closes.

Let's look at the differences.

A salutation is a greeting we use at the beginning of an email, a letter, or a note. Even a text or an online comment can begin with a salutation.

In a letter, salutations nearly always begin with "Dear":

Dear Rosalie,

(We use a comma after the greeting in a personal letter in the U.S. and Canada. In other countries the punctuation is often omitted.)

Dear Dr. Gomez:

(We use a colon after the greeting in a business letter in the U.S. and Canada. Other countries often leave it out.)

Salutations in emails can begin with "Dear" if the message is formal. Otherwise, they are more likely to be one of these:

Hi Jeff,

Hello Professor,

Hello to all,

Greetings, everybody!

How can your friend prepare for lifestyle changes involved with quitting substance abuse?
lozanna [386]
Use regular reminders of personal motivations like family, career, and health.

Or

Keep his schedule and friends as consistent as possible to avoid too many changes

I was once a drug addict, and both of these things helped. Keeping a tight schedule and sticking to it really helps, especially in the beginning. And Using regular reminders of what you will lose/ and what you want for your future are both ways that really helped me.

Describe the factors that influence the level of cardiorespiratory fitness a person is able to achieve.
maks197457 [2]

Answer;

Factors that influence the level of cardiorespiratory fitness a person is able to achieve, includes; Age, gender, genetics, body composition, and a person's level of conditioning.

Age; As a person ages, he or she loses cardiorespiratory endurance. Generally, oneʼs fitness begins a gradual decline after age 25.

Your genetic makeup affects both your initial levels of cardiorespiratory endurance and your capacity to improve it. An individualʼs ratio of slow- to fast-twitch muscle fibers can make a difference is his or her fitness level.

Gender; Gender has an effect on cardiorespiratory endurance.

After puberty, males on average retain higher cardiorespiratory fitness levels than females because they have higher hemoglobin levels and carry less body fat than females.

Body composition; Your percentage of body fat influences your cardiorespiratory endurance. Carrying high amounts of body fat reduces aerobic capacity because fat is “extra baggage" that does not help you burn calories.

A  person's level of conditioning; Your level of conditioning can affect your cardiorespiratory endurance. If you are currently doing no aerobic activity at all, you can improve your fitness level by beginning a personal fitness program that includes aerobic exercise.
