E

The E site or the Exit site, is the third binding site for t-RNA in the ribosome during protein synthesis.  It is accompanied by the second binding site which is the P site (Peptidyl) and the first binding site which is the A site (Aminoacyl).

TRNA is a kind of ribonucleic acid that has a role in transporting a specific amino acid (AA) to the ribosome. The ribosome is protein/RNA complex that has a big role in protein translation. It is composed of three major sites: P, A and E site. When the tRNA-AA complex arrives in the ribosome, it always goes to the A site (except for the first one which goes directly to the P site) since the P site is supposed to handle a tRNA carrying a polypeptide. Then a reaction occurs between the amino acid in the A site and the polypeptide to form a peptidic bound between them. After that, the ribosome will translocate to the next codon in the mRNA, The tRNA in A site will be translocated to P site. tRNA in the P site of the ribosome will enter the E site. The polypeptide sequence stays in the P site. and another tRNA-AA complex arrive in the A site to start the next cycle.

Many times people visit the doctor requesting the use of antibiotics to treat colds and viral infections. How is the doctor just
umka2103 [35]
I believe A is the most correct (i assume it's about antibiotics - they actually DO harm our immune system in some way).
B is partially correct because, the colds indeed should be treated by anti-viral medication (because the virus is a cause of typical cold) but using antibiotics during recovery is needed only when an additional bacterial infection occurs as a complication after the viral infection. and it doesn't happen very often.
C - what works? antibiotics doesn't work for viral infections (colds). anti-viral medication do.
D i won't discuss.
I am sorry for a so long answer. but your question is so linguistically twisted that i am not sure which of the following choices is actually correct because of a big amount of mistakes.

What are zinc fingers, and why are they frequently encountered in descriptions of genetic regulation in eukaryotes?
Nataliya [291]

Answer:

A zinc finger is also known as zinc-binding repeats or ZnF that are molecular scaffold which is characterized by the coordination of Zn²⁺ ions so it can stabilize the fold.

The zinc fingers consist of several amino acid sequence 2 histidine and 2 cysteine residues at intervals. These residues bind to the zinc atom covalently and form finger-like motifs.

They are a major family of eukaryotic transcription factors. These are identified in a significant regulatory state such as developmental control genes and proto-oncogene by binding to the DNA, RNA, or protein.
