Graph the relation. Is the relation a function? Why or why not? {(–1, 1), (–2, 1), (–2, 2), (0, 2)} Yes; there is only one domai
Luden [163]

{(–1, 1), (–2, 1), (–2, 2), (0, 2)}

In a function, each input has an output

Each domain has a range. In a function, range can be repeated but domain cannot be repeated. Same domain cannot have two range values.

Here domain is {-1, -2, -2, 0}

Range is { 1, 1, 2, 2}

Domain -2 is repeating so this relation is not a function

Answer : No; a domain value has two range values.

Can you help with these 3 question pls it is due at 8 pm
ladessa [460]

Step-by-step explanation:

1. a + 130 =.180 ---> a = 50°

b + 130 + 120 = 360 ---> b = 110°

c + 120 = 180 ---> c = 60°

2. p + 44 = 180 ---> p = 136°

q + 44 = 180 ---> q = 136°

r = 44° (definition of vertical angles)

t = 34° (definition of vertical angles)

3. x = 50° (definition of vertical angles)

y = 50° (definition of alternate external angles)

The figure shown is a triangular prism. How much would it cost to cover the bases and the other three faces with foil that costs
Mice21 [21]

the complete question in the attached figure

<span>we have to find the surface area first</span>

<span>the area of the base is  A1------- > 5*2=10 ft</span>²

A2 (area of two rectangles faces)---------- > 2*3+2*4=14 ft²

A3 (area of the two triangles faces)

base of triangle------------ > 5---------- > (x)+(x-5)

x²+h²=3²    ------------ > h²=9-x²

(5-x)²+h²=4²----------- > h²=16-(5-x)²

9-x²=16-(5-x)²-------------- >9-x²=16-25-10x-x²----------------- > x=1.8

h²=9-(1.8)²------------ > h=2.4 ft

A3= (5*2.4)*2/2=12 ft²

the surface area total=A1+A2+A3=10+14+12=36 ft²

if $0.22 ------------------------ > 1 ft²

X----------------------------------> 36 ft²

X=36*.22=$7.92

the answer is $7.92
