B. the most dangerous job in the United States.
Mining is considered one of the most dangerous jobs in the World and 50-60 mining workers die in the United States every year. They are in danger from workplace accidents such as explosions, cave-ins and chemical leakages. Therefore it makes sense that this would be the answer.
