Im going to give you reasons for why and why they shouldnt be. Humans should be implanted with a tracking chip when they born so if they get lost people/police can maybe find them faster. Another reason humans should  have tracking chips is becaus if someone gets kid napped they could maybe be found faster and maybe the person that kid napped them could be caught to. Humans shouldnt have a tracking chip because some people/the worng people could maybe hack and find out where that person is and stalk them or do something else bad. Another reason why they shouldnt have a tracker is because it is an invasion of privacy. Hope this can help you.

Employees at Clearwater Plumbing Supply, Inc. asked the management to hold an election to determine which radio station would be
slavikrds [6]

Answer:

Check the explanation

Explanation:

Going by the question we can derive a scenario whereby the employee cannot demonstrate disparate treatment since prohibiting a specific kind of music at work, even that which has been approved by a majority or popular employee vote, is not an unpleasant and adverse employment action.

You just ended a meeting with Ming (one of your six employees), who gave you some disturbing information. She feels she is being
Ksju [112]

Answer:Do you think Ming is correct in saying Mindy is bullying her?

Yes , she is right, Mindy is definitely bullying her.

What are the indications of bullying?

Bullying doesn't only occur physically but also psychologically and and emotionally, especially in a place of work it can de identified by mistreatment of the other person, verbal abuse , threatening and humiliating the other person.

The bullied person is outcastes , alienated , excluded and ignored like what Mindy is doing, ignoring Ming while he greet everyone else , excluding her by not inviting her in a farewell lunch , eventhough all other colleagues are invited by Mindy.

Spreading false rumours is also part of bullying .

He also critized her publicly by publicly sharing an email about a loss of a client caused by Ming .

These are all signs of abuse.

What advice would you give to Ming?

She will need to keep record or document everything so that when she decides to take the matter further , she may be able to submit proof of what has been happening to her, this will give evidence.

How would you handle this situation with Mindy, without embarrassing Ming?

I think talking to Mindy in an objective way without including Ming's name will be helpful since Mindy has publicly shared his bullying activities. I can actual point out things that are not allowed at work and how certain things can be harmful and degrading to other employees. Make him see how certain behavior affects other employees and how this can be a serious issue that can affect the company and affects even Mindy himself .

Mr. Sweet opened a candy store. He rented a building for $30,000 a year. During the first year of operation, Sweet paid $40,000
MrMuchimi

Answer:

$20,000

Explanation:

Calculation for Sweet's economic profit

First step is to calculate the Explicit Costs

Using this formula

Explicit Costs = Rent on building +Payment of Salary to employees + Utilities + Goods bought

Let plug in the formula

Explicit Costs = ($30,000)+ ($40,000) + ($20,000) +($10,000)

Explicit Costs =$100,000

Last step is to calculate Sweet's economic profit

Using this formula

Economic profit = Total Revenue – (Explicit Costs + Implicit Costs)

Let plug in the morning

Economic profit = $135,000 - $100,000 - $15,000

Economic profit= $20,000

Therefore Sweet's economic profit will be $20,000
