The correct answer to this open question is the following.

You did not include any text, book, or reference of these lines. You neither included the options for this question.

However, doing some deep research trying to help you, we found that you are referring to the book titled "The Story of My Life," written by Helen Keller.

So knowing that valuable information, we can say the following.

What Helen is comparing herself to is with the moment in her life where she had no clue about what to do with her path. She said that those moments were like she advanced without a compass, having no clue at all where "the harbor was."

The exact words she used in her text are: <em>"I was like that ship before my education began, only I was without compass or sounding line, and had no way of knowing how near the harbor was."</em>

That is why she thinks that her education was essential to fiend her way, Her education gave her knowledge, and most importantly, it gave her direction.

Which of these lines from Frankenstein best supports the answer to Part A?
IceJOKER [234]

Answer:The quote that best supports the answer to part A is:

B. There was none among the myriads of men that existed who would pity or assist me.

In Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein", the scientist Victor Frankenstein gives life to a monster he created with parts of different human bodies.

The monster, however, like a normal human being, has feelings and emotional needs.

Since the monster is unable to connect with others at an emotional level, he begins to hate humankind and to kill.

His purpose is to kill those Frankenstein loves as a punishment for having been created by him.

When the monster says in Chapter 16 "none among the myriads of men that existed. . . would pity or assist me," he is justifying his actions.

Why should he pity the humans he has killed if none of them has ever pitied him? Why should he be kind when no one has ever been kind to him? The lack of love and support prevented him from developing good conscience.

In conclusion, the quote above supports the idea that a person needs structure and support in order to form a good conscience and proper identity.

<span>#1) What was the basis of plessy's appeal in plessy vs ferguson?

Answer: In “A Modest Proposal” the author argues about his proposal (eating babies) which according to him could be a great solution to Ireland’s devastating food shortage, stimulate the economy, and also curtail overpopulation. He goes on by saying that the flesh of newborns would provide the tenderest meat and it would also change the moral of parents and children.
