Answer:

Jeremy has arrived at an (incorrect) cause and effect conclusion.

Explanation:

"Claims of cause and effect are propositions based on the concept that one thing influences or causes another."

Jeremy is arguing that being a vegetarian is the cause to be an astronaut.

Answer:

Jerremy has arrived at an (incorrect) fallacious conclusion.

Explanation:

Jeremy in assuming that there is a direct correlation between the two factors: being vegetarian and going to the moon. However that is nos not true, those events have no proven direct correlation on their own, so, becoming a vegetarian will not increase the probability of him going to the moon. Even if a correlation could be proven it would be possible to assume that being an astronaut increases the chances of one being vegetarian, not the other way around.

Indian Removal Act was enacted because of the discovery of gold in Georgia

After the colonists discovered gold in one part of Cherokee territory in 1827, his seizure ensued. Then, on May 28, 1830, the Native American Relocation Act came into play, passed by the U.S. Congress during Andrew Jackson's presidential term to legalize their relocation.

Explanation:

  • This Act covers the relocation of the Five Civilized Tribes, and the term refers to the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Creek or Muscogee, Seminole and Choctaw tribes.
  • The relocation of these tribes was by the liberation of a part of the territory which was then settled by the whites, and was divided according to the lottery system.
