My best suggestion would be to plan things out in a way you most like. For me, that means I have a wipe board with colorful markers to write out my daily assignments. This also is super satisfying to erase assignments when I complete them.

For the depression, I suggest taking breaks that are full of self care. This could be meditation, drinking warm tea, skincare, yoga, going for a run, etc.

Although it depends on the person you are and if you work out of not, you will need more or less intake of vegetables, but the lowest you need is two cups a day. For girls, active or not, they need at least 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day. For guys, active or not, they need at least 3 cups of vegetables per day.
