Lines 5, 6, 7, & 8 all express life is too short and we should enjoy it while we can. The lines all under those might also go with life is too short feeling.

I believe the answer is: Lines 5, 6, 7, & 8

Now, of my three score years and ten, - could be interpreted as years gone by without the author realising it.

Twenty will not come again - Could be perceived that you cannot reverted to your prime years

And take from seventy springs a score,

It only leaves me fifty more. - could be perceived as an advocate to live your life to the fullest.

Which of these statements is true of both journals and diaries?
Scilla [17]

I believe your answer is C

We know for a fact that we can rule out B because we know that at least a diary isn't written in third person ( example of third person: She walked down the street to the corner store)

And we know it wont be objective because that style of writing would be like if your writing an argumentative essay.

I hope this helps!

PART A: What are TWO themes developed in “The Glittering Noise”?
Rudiy27

The correct answers are B and E. The two themes developed in "The Glittering Noise" are that the past can be an escape from the present, since the author says that she could be happy by reading old diaries, that is, remembering old times; and that in every era, people experience sorrow and joy, as she experiences both feelings when remembering events from the past.
