This is because when we have a guilty conscience, our brain sends information to the glass that we are ill, endangered and vulnerable, so any noise triggers our escape system and causes our body to be frightened as a reaction to this system.

Science has already proven that when people with guilty conscience are exposed to excessive noise, they are twice as likely to be depressed and anxious, afraid and wanting to run away. However, this sensation can also occur in individuals who are not guilty of conscience.
