Answer:

Fraction of drink that is water = = 0.875 = 87.5 %

Explanation:

400 ml of squash is made by mixing 50 ml of cordial with water.

Total volume of squash = 400 ml

Total volume of cordial = 50 ml

   Total volume of water  =  400 - 50 = 350 ml

Fraction of drink that is water = Volume of water/ Volume of squash

                                                     = 350/400

                                                     = 7/8

                                                     = 0.875 = 87.5 %

Airida [17]

Answer:

225

Step-by-step explanation:

A rectangle will have the maximum possible area for a given perimeter when all the sides are the same length. Since every rectangle has four sides, if you know the perimeter, divide it by four to find the length of each side. Then find the area by multiplying the length times the width.

Perimeter-(p) Side Length-(s) Width-(w) Length (l)

(p)60 ÷ 4 = (s)15

(l)15 × (w)15 = 225

Area = 225

Natali5045456 [20]

Eight quarters is equal to two dollars. Two one-dollar bills are also equal to two dollars. Therefore, choosing either option would result in the same amount of money.
