The area of the rectangle is equal to length times width, or 9*11=99 in^2.
The area of the parallelogram is equal to base times height, or 9*11=99.
The area of a triangle is equal to half of base times height, or 11*6/2=33.
Add these values together to get 231 or C

Write an expression that shows how to multiply 4×362 using place value and expanded form
Elodia [21]
Separate this into, instead of 4*362, 4*300+4*60+4*2, all of which are much easier to solve than the former problem.
4*300=1200
4*60=240
4*2=8
Add these together now!
1200+240+8=1448

Hope this helps!

A triangle has a perimeter of 77 inches. What are the side lengths of a, b, and c?
Yuki888 [10]

Answer:

I believe this is pathgorean theorem, which I did at the beginning of alegbra last year. It is basically finding the missing side of a triangle. (Trust me some of the easiest stuff you do all year) Below are my notes from last year. I hope it helps! Good Luck!!!

Step-by-step explanation:

Given two sides

If you know two other sides of the right triangle, it's the easiest option; all you need to do is apply the Pythagorean theorem:

a² + b² = c²

if leg a is the missing side, then transform the equation to the form when a is on one side, and take a square root:

a = √(c² - b²)

if leg b is unknown, then

b = √(c² - a²)

for hypotenuse c missing, the formula is

c = √(a² + b²)
