To answer the question above as to Jean's explanation on Say's Law or The Law of Market.. I agree that "if there is a surplus of goods, there must be unmet of demand for others". Jean's explanation is more of a Capitalist style of management.

Total Available for Sale         3,345

Less Sales                             (3000)

Ending Inventory                      345

<u>Variable Costs Calculations</u>

Product Cost  = Variable Manufacturing costs

                        = $25 + $20 + $1

                        = $46

Cost of Sales = units sold x product cost

                       = 3,000 x $46

                       = $138,000

<u>Absorption Cost Calculation</u>

Product Cost  = Variable Manufacturing costs

                        = $25 + $20 + $1 + ($64,530 / 2,390)

                        = $25 + 20 + $ 1 + $27

                        = $73

Cost of Sales = units sold x product cost

                       = 3,000 x $73

                       = $219,000

Unlimited liability means ___________. the business is responsible for the majority of debt it incurs, and filing bankruptcy is
bezimeni [28]

The answer is <u>"Unlimited liability means the business is responsible for the debt it incurs. If the business cannot pay its bills, the debt burden transfers to the owner(s), and he/she/they are liable for all debt".</u>

Unlimited liability alludes to the lawful commitments general accomplices and sole proprietors since they are at risk for all business obligations if the business can't pay its liabilities. As it were, general accomplices and sole proprietors are in charge of satisfying the greater part of the organization obligations by and by if the organization can't make its installments.

In this sense, the entrepreneurs are boundlessly obligated for all the business activities. Claims make a major issue for accomplices with Unlimited liability.

An employer must file an information return under all of the following conditions except:
Step2247 [10]

Answer:

The answer is: B) to report commissions of $500 paid to a self-employed salesman.

Explanation:

The IRS has several forms that  are used to report salaries or wages paid to employees and the taxes withheld from them by the employer. Employers must submit both forms for every employee to whom they pay a salary or wage as part of the employment relationship.

A self-employed salesman doesn't qualify as an employee. Also the employer is not required to withhold federal income taxes paid to independent contractors (including the self-employed salesman) that didn't provide an ITIN for amounts below $600.
