1. Our cultural language, as Americans, is one that is focused on issues that are mixed and multicultural, due to the mixture of cultures and customs that make up the American continent and each country. In short, our cultural language is very diverse due to the diversity of communities that compose it.

2. It emerged from the beginning of the discovery of the continent and the formation of communities and evolved along with the evolution and growth of society. This evolution has also arisen through the interplay between peoples and the mixture of cultures.

3. As our social structure is also extremely diverse, our cultural language benefits us by showing us cultural interaction, the mixture between customs and the beauty of plurality.

When Mary, the owner of a large apartment complex, was deciding whom to rent an open apartment to, she immediately disregarded t
Mandarinka [93]

Answer:

The answer is: individual discrimination.

Explanation:

Individual discrimination occurs between two people, one person discriminating another. In this case, Mary refuses to rent an apartment to Millie due to her age, she is discriminating her and her behavior can be defined as ageist. However, her decision is not based in ageist laws or regulations, which is why it is not institutional discrimination, it is only her decision as an individual.

Individual dscrimination is different from institutional discrimination, however, they both have the intention to hurt the other person and they are both based upon prejudice and stereotypes, which is why individual discrimination should not be taken lightly as it also has the power to affect a person's life.

Which advice would be best to give to the parents of a preschooler who want to help their child become a better reader in elemen
Anarel [89]

Talking with their preschoolers about signs in their environment and letting their kids know they like reading themselves are two things parents can do to help their kids develop a grasp of print.

Children continue learning to read in the first through third grades of early elementary school. It is a challenging procedure for some people but easy for others. During these formative years, care must be made to avoid overemphasizing the process of learning to read.

Reading for information and enjoyment helps youngsters to develop their reading interests and gives them the chance to put their reading abilities to use. Children in the primary grades should have access to reading materials that spark inquiry or build on their innate curiosity about the world.

Parents may and should encourage their children to develop a love of reading and to improve their reading abilities because reading is so crucial to academic success.
