Answer:  The correct answer is : The popularity of Louis Philippe decreased too much and he was forced to abdicate in 1848. After this came a wave of revolutions in Europe. In France the monarchy of Orleans was finished and the Second French Republic emerged, which ruled with a conservative style. A few months later, Paris rose up in insurrection, this time was known as the uprising in June, it was a bloody struggle but final did not give the expected result by the workers. Months later Louis Napoleon Bonaparte was elected president of the Second Republic.
