The graph is not shown, so I cannot include that in the answer.  As for the other two, while -1 is technically a smaller number than 2/3, in terms of rate of change, it makes a steeper line, so it is a larger rate of change.  In order from least to greatest (except the graph) we have

m=(y₂-y₁)/(x₂-x₁) = (-1-1)/(-5--2) = -2/-3 = 2/3

g is in slope-intercept form, or f(x) = mx+b; the slope is m. In g, this is -1.
