we are given

For y=4x:

y=4x

we can see that this is a linear function

y=mx+b

and we know that growth of linear function is always constant

because slope is always constant

For y=4^x:

we can see that it is exponential function

because of form

y=a(b)^x:

so, it's growth will be increasing exponentially

How do you do this and what is the answer
Musya8 [376]

Answer:

x = 27

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the angles of a triangle is 180.

180 = 105 + 48 + x

x = 180 - (105 +48)

x = 180 - 153

x = 27 degrees

Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

\sf adjacent  = 4.5 \ ft

Given:

  • opposite side: 13 ft
  • adjacent unknown
  • angle of 71°

using tan rule:

\sf tan(x) = \dfrac{opposite}{adjacent}

\hookrightarrow \sf tan(71) = \dfrac{13}{adjacent}

\hookrightarrow  \sf adjacent  = \dfrac{13}{tan(71) }

\hookrightarrow  \sf adjacent  = 4.5
