Land features: In any given geographical location land features such as the land tenure, the type of soil present (is the place a deserted area) affects the settlement, trade, and government in many ways, if the larger part of the country is deserted, it will make agriculture a difficult practice which will in turn affect the nation's economy and once a the economy is affected the government and all the citizens becomes affected too.

Water features - Water is very important to man as we can bearly survive a day without it, this makes water a must-have for every individual, a country that have enough water bodies will be open to several opportunities such as farming, fishing, water transportation to mention but a few, this will contribute to the growth of such a nation.

Climate - The importance of good climate can not be overemphasized as it determines majority of the activities of an individual even a country as a whole.

Location - The location of the country also matters, is it in a strategic location, where other nations will find it easy to trade with them, it matters too.

Natural resources - Any nation that is blessed with aboundance of natural resources has the tendency of growing faster if they can put it into good use.

Industries - As water is important to a life without failure also industry is very important to any country because it is one of the economy builder in any nation.

horrorfan [7]

Answer:

The speed of the current climate change is faster than most of the past events, making it more difficult for human societies and the natural world to adapt.
