Answer: it depends if you are going to pause after saying Sam. I don’t think so because Sam isn’t a transition word as well.

Answer:

Sam where do u want to be in five years?

This question is grammatically correct.

Even if a comma is placed after the word Sam, it is correct.

Explanation:

This happens totally based on how we pronounce the sentence or depends totally on the throw of the sentence. For example, if we say the sentence without pausing, then the need of a comma is absent. But again if we pause after saying Sam and continue, then the comma needs to be inserted. In both the cases, the question will be grammatically correct.

Arada [10]
SCIENCE is: Science is the human effort to understand, or to understand better, the history of the natural world and how the natural world works, with observable physical evidence as the basis of that understanding. A field, practice, or body of knowledge can reasonably be called pseudoscientific when it is presented as consistent with the norms of scientific research, but it demonstrably fails to meet these norms.

Pseudoscience is often characterized by the following: contradictory, exaggerated or unprovable claims. An example of this science can be the belief of Evolution.

How Science is practiced : Through continuous observations and many experimentations.
