<span>analyze means "to study (something) closely and carefully : to learn the nature and relationship of the parts of (something) by a close and careful examination" A human rights issue is like equal rights, or freedom of speech. They want you to look up something on a human rights issue...(just bing the term "human rights issues" like whats going wrong with the human right your studying on. look up someone elses opinion on the human right propose in the novel. then ask yourself if you agree with it. then go out and look up some details on it. read the history. (for example, children labor during the industrial revolution)</span>
