In your own words, describe the Salem Witch Crisis. What was it?
grandymaker [24]

Answer: The Salem witch Crisis happened in Salem, Massachusetts. Many women and girls of all ages were getting accused of being witches. This was because in there society back then many people all acted the same. So if people acted a little bit different they would sometimes be accused as a witch. To see if they were a witch or not they would tie them to chairs and put them underwater or hang them and many other horrid things. Eventually it stopped and people stopped doing those treacherous things. That was what the Salem witch Crisis was.
