Change

Dynamic characters are those who change in important ways over the course of a story. Think of a stick of dynamite. If you light it up, give it an antagonist - fire - it changes. Dynamic characters learn something about themselves, society, or their environment that changes something about them in a way that they can never return to their previous selves. Think of Nemo's dad in Finding Nemo. He realizes at the end of the story he must let his son do things on his own and that Nemo's little fin doesn't keep him from doing great things. He will never return to the father that holds his son back all the time.

Answer:

The answer is indeed:

Dynamic characters are those who change in important ways over the course of a story.

Explanation:

A dynamic character, also known as a round or complex character, undergoes changes as the plot of the story unfolds. Such changes can good or bad,  and are caused by actions or experiences. This type of character advances to plot and has significant interaction with other characters. They present several traits and emotions, as well as strengths and weaknesses, creating conflict inside the story. Complex characters are the opposite of flat characters - two-dimensional, uncomplicated characters who do not change as the plot is developed.

The grammar in this diaglouge is very bad, so I would think the speaker is either poorly educated, or English isn't his first language, so I would say answer B.

Answer:

The topic is limitation of news released to the media.

The central idea is that there are situations where the truth must be hidden.

The detail that supports the central message is sentence: "C. J. Peter's comments to The Washington Post were designed to create an impression that the situation was under control"

Explanation:

In a text, the topic refers to the subject presented. In the text above, we can see that this topic is the limitation of news released to the media. We can see that this is the topic, because we saw that after a tragedy happened, the media received limited, contained information that did not present the tragedy as it actually happened.

The central idea of a text, on the other hand, refers to the message the author wants to teach the reader. In the text above, we can see that this message is that there are situations where the truth must be hidden. This is because the group hides the truth about the tragedy so as not to generate panic and despair in the population. Therefore, we can conclude that it was necessary to hide the truth for security reasons.

The details that support the central idea are the sentences that show how the message is correct, or how it happened. In this case, we can identify the following sentence as a support detail: "C. J. Peter's comments to The Washington Post were designed to create an impression that the situation was under control"

How has televison changed from 1992 to Now?
Mamont248 [21]
For starters the look of tv has changed (as shown in the 2 pics).
It used to be as thick as about a ruler and a half and now they can be as thin as a piece of paper. Secondly quality. The video quality was different by much. Old television had very static like videos and now they are very smooth and fine cut. Lastly the amount of channels. Back then there werent as many channels as there are now, Especially of children's TV. Back then there was like.... 1 day a week with childerens shows.
