1. The physical  activity that can end up in injured

Adolescence is known to be emotionally unstable. They tend to be very competitive among their peers. They are curious about every new thing. They learn what most adults do - and they capable of doing adult stuff physically, such as driving a car or motorcycle. Therefore the driving activity can go too far by overspeeding and end up injured the person.

2. The overuse of the drug

Adolescence very considers their peer appreciation and acceptance. The influence of their peers affects their decision. They will learn to use it if their peers learn to use a drug. And they will end up as a drug user.

3.  Forcinacation

The transition era from kids to adult made teenager learn about reproduction activity. This curiosity can happen, and the risk is early pregnancy or sexual diseases transmission.

4.  Unhealthy diet

Teenager starts to buy their food independently. Unfortunately, most of them prefer a meal that categorized as junk food. It made them have terrible health and nutrition.

5.  Alcohol and tobacco overused

The influence of peers and also their curiosity about consuming alcohol and tobacco affect them up in excessive drinking and smoking. The parties that regularly happen after school affects the frequency of drinking and smoking.

6.  Less physical exercise

The development of gadget and product from the mobile phone made teenager tend to stay in front of the screen much longer. It made them less exercising and can end them up in obesity or bad habit.

EXPLANATION

Teenagers can do risky behaviors because it is associated with their development tasks. As a teenager, we have the tendency of wanting to try new things and experiences. If this urge is not managed well, then it might result in ending up in a bad situation. These types of risky behaviors are:

1. Drinking too much alcohol

If someone is drinking too much alcohol, it will reduce the ability to make good decisions. Alcohol has a lot of effects on a person. Drinking a lot of alcohol can reduce the ability to see, talk, and walk. Alcohol can also disturb the function of the brain. Drinking too much alcohol can make a person end up being overdosed.  

Alcohol is a dangerous thing if not used wisely. Around 4.300 people each year died because of teen alcohol use. Most of the car crash that caused the death of teenagers are from drunk drivers.

2. Unprotected sex

Unprotected sex can cause a lot of diseases for people. STDs have no symptoms, so people can get it easily without even realizing that they already have it. Not only diseases, but it can also cause teenagers on having to deal with early pregnancy.

3. Doing drugs

Drugs are the same as alcohol. It has a lot of effects on someone’s body. The overuse of drugs can cause people to experience an overdose. This will increase the death of teenagers over the years

4. Violence

Violence is being experienced by a lot of teenagers these days. Violence can take forms like bullying, fights, and even dating violence.
