Answer:

It is not true that the Sykes-Picot Agreement established an enormous Arab homeland from the Mediterranean Sea to Iran.

Explanation:

The Sykes-Picot Treaty was a secret agreement between the United Kingdom and France in May 1916 in which they made agreements on their sphere of influence in Southwest Asia if the Triple Entente succeeded in defeating the Ottoman Empire during the First World War. It was drafted by the French negotiator Georges Picot and the British Mark Sykes. The Italians and the Russians agreed.

The treaty considered Lebanon and Syria to belong to France, while Iraq and Palestine belonged to Britain. The interests of the treaty came to fruition after the war between the British and French powers and the League of Nations in 1922 consolidating their mandates to the territories.

The division of the area between the two victors had major consequences for the relations between the West and the Arab population, which are felt to date. Sykes-Picot led to disgust of the Arab against the Western world and to much violence for a long time.

Tectonic plates definition
Setler79 [48]
Tectonic plates are parts (pieces) of the outermost layer of Earth: the Crust. (the outermost part of the mantle is also often included in the plates). This means that the land in the middle of the plates is relatively stable while the borders of the plates can be in movement - after all this is where two pieces meet. Plate borders are where the vocanoes and Earthquakes often take place.
