if America was never discovered, what would the Spanish do to find another way to get to India? Would the Native Americans unite
SVEN [57.7K]
This is an interesting question, but it supposes nations like Asia or Africa wouldn’t venture off to the Americas themselves (in which many native Americans have connections to Africans). If your question about another way to reach India not going west, then they’d go East, by land. I believe it was just to make it faster to travel by sea though and for more resources. Natives and Africans didn’t colonize (from my research) and if they did it wasn’t nearly as impactful or as cruel as Europeans had done.

What was Stephen f Austin arrested
Jobisdone [24]
Stephen F Austin was arrested for inciting riots and encouraging the Texians to defy Spanish law. Austin had gone to Mexico to meet with Santa Anna to try to work out a solution to the main complaints that Texians had. However while in town, a group had a small skirmish with some Spanish soldiers. Austin was there and seen as the head man in charge and therefore placed under arrest for the actions of people hundreds of miles away.

Was an element of vedic religion which supposedly helped to induce hallucinogenic capacities.
stealth61 [152]

The element was a drink called soma.

Soma was a drink used in ancient India, in the vedic religion. It was a ritual drink but its origins are not clear. It was a juice probably made from a hallucinogenic mountain plant. Because the drink was causing hallucinations, it is believed that it came from plants such as cannabis, opium and hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Drinking soma produced immortality and it brought humans closer to gods. Soma is often compared to the Grek drink, ambrosia. Drinking soma gave mortals visions that were thought to be divine.
