In making a large pot of chili for a family reunion, you find that you have to add 1 onion to your pot of chili that already has

5 onions mixed in it to notice a difference. According to Weber’s Law, how many onions would you have to add to notice a difference if you are making twice as much chili with 10 onions?

Answer:2

Explanation:

Weber's law of noticeable difference states that to observe a noticeable variation in sensory experience we need to increase the intensity beyond Difference threshold.

Here also for family reunion difference threshold is 5 onions so we need to add beyond it i.e. one onion more to get the noticeable change.

Thus for twice the chili with 10 potatoes we need to add 2 more.

Analyse why you think most victims do not report gender-based violence
grandymaker [24]
Ok I’m not an expert or anything but most because of fear or trauma when being assaulted or violated many victims mentality is to shut down or shove there problems down for most don’t know who or how to tell anyone. And when some ppl do come toward they most likely want to remain anonymous for the fear of loved ones or the public to know and revealing a offender often is believed to get them in trouble by said offender or their community especially if it’s a more conservative area

It's evening and we're mentally replaying the day's events. We picture our facial expressions as we listened to a friend's tale
kenny6666 [7]

Because we were unable to see these expressions at the time, our recall illustrates memory construction.

Explanation:

Memory construction is the formulation of new memories and it is sometimes argued not to be as reliable since people tend to add new information that may have not occurred in the first place. Adding new events during memory retrieval can change or distort what we believe we remember about the past and there is a possibility that this might lead to distortion and inaccuracies.

Inaccuracies can be caused by exposure to misleading information such as imagined events or uncertainties about particular occurrences. For example when a witness of a crime isn’t sure whether the vehicle was a truck or an SUV.
