What is one reason for a writer to choose descriptive words and details?
Dafna1 [17]

Answer:

to keep the audience engaged

Explanation:

One major reason a writer would decide to choose descriptive words and details is to keep the audience engaged.

Descriptive words are those words that are used to give greater detail about something and writers use this technique in order to have a clear thesis statement.

Therefore, it is necessary to use descriptive words to keep the audience engaged so their attention would not wander.

Can someone explain to me the easiest way to make a metaphor?
Ivan
Just think of two things that could be compared in an unusual way! A metaphor is just a comparison that doesn't use "like" or "as". For example, a simile would be "My love is like a rose" but a metaphor would be "My love is a rose" If you think of it this way, it might be easiest to think of a simile then take away "like" or "as". Be creative with it and have fun

nlexa [21]

Answer:Historical figure

Explanation: he was indeed a historical figure but the dynamic to his story is that he was then turned into a legendary hero as time passed because people had passed his deeds and greatness from generations to generations but after a long time he began too seem like a myth
