Dr. Segal's views are most consistent with the "Social learning theory"<span> of gender-role development.
</span>
Social learning theory regards gender identity and role as an arrangement of practices that are found out from nature. The principle way that sexual orientation practices are found out is through the procedure of observational learning. Kids watch the general population around them carrying on in different routes, some of which identify with sexual orientation. They focus on a portion of these individuals and encode their conduct.

Why did the founders limit government in this way?
REY [17]

Answer:

They don't want United States turn into tyrannical like the British government.

Explanation:

One of The main cause of US fight for the independence was the unfair treatment that the British government impose toward the people in the colonies. They raised the tax rate that have to be paid by the colonists without paying attention to the struggles that the colonies experience.

So, the founding fathers decided to use the monarchy as a system that they should stay away from when drafting the constitution. In exchange, they adopted some ideas from the Enlightenment era.

In the earlier draft of the constitution, the Founding fathers decided to limit the power of the government. They did this with a good intentions. They wanted the people to have the power to completely remove the government officials from the power if the officials fail to fulfill the will of the people.

What do you think are the consequences of life tenure for federal judges
notka56 [123]

<u>The consequences of life tenure for federal judges:</u>

  • Life tenure for federal judges was implemented for an extraordinarily vital purpose.
  • It  protects the judges from the 'political stress' which might come with periodic liability to an 'electorate'.
  • But importantly, this ideal does not demand life tenure. Appointment without possibility of renewal for a fixed term of years would fulfill the same purpose.
  • But ironically this life tenure has further magnified political divisions.
  • So, this has failed to completely implement the judicial independence that the lifetime appointment of a federal judge had hoped to serve.
