Glitches like this one were the reason Einstein worked so hard at coming up with a new explanation. He wanted to account for eve

rything. His ideas about curving space may sound bizarre, but they work! They took care of the gaps in Newton's theory and explained Mercury's orbit. They led scientists to predict shifting starlight and black holes. All of this is powerful evidence that Einstein was on to something. —A Black Hole Is NOT a Hole, Carolyn Cinami DeCristofano

Based on this passage, we can conclude that Einstein was thorough and meticulous.

We can tell this because he wanted to "account for everything." He was aware that a glitch might occur, so he wanted to avoid any problems. In doing so, he took care of the gaps in other theories. Based on these details, we can infer that Einstein was thorough and meticulous as a scientist.

Einstein was a dedicated scientist. He worked hard, focused on details, and did not give up until he had formed a theory that worked. His ideas were bizarre, but they helped scientists make many discoveries.
