Asexual reproduction always yields offspring which are identical to their parent.
VARVARA [1.3K]

This is true, asexual reproduction involes the exact copying of a parent to its offspring.  In sexual reproduction, two parent's DNA is intermixed, thus giving new DNA.  Since there is only one parent in asexual reproduction, there is no chance of variability.  The only time the DNA may be different is during a mutation, which is not caused during the reproduction.

The answer is true.

What is the difference between bolus and chyme? Also define Peristalsis.
Sloan [31]
Bolus is swallowed and travels down the oesophagus to the stomach for digestion. Once the bolus reaches the stomach, it mixes with gastric juices and becomes chyme. The chyme then travels though the intestines and moves on for further digestion and absorption.

Peristalsis: the involuntary constriction and relaxation of the muscles of the intestine or another canal, creating wave-like movements that push the contents of the canal forward.
