Answer:

Biology

Pollution : The change in the environment caused by natural or artificial input of harmful contaminants into the environment, and may cause instability, disruption or harmful effects to the ecosystem.

A substance or condition that contaminates air, water, or soil.Pollutants can be artificial substances, such as pesticides and PCBs, or naturally occurring substance.

Explanation:

The burning of fossil fuels

Sulfur dioxide emitted from the combustion of fossil fuels like coal, petroleum and other factory combustibles are one the major cause of air pollution. Pollution emitting from vehicles including trucks, jeeps, cars, trains, airplanes cause an immense amount of pollution.

Agric

Bush burning

pull moisture into the soil. Additionally, the loss of shade that the bushes once provided means soil moisture is more likely to evaporate.

Erosion

Because bush burning may cause the soil to be less stable, erosion is a major concern after a fire. The loss of root systems, coupled with the water runoff caused by soil water repellency, can allow much of the soil to wash away. Shallow-rooted plants are affected by unstable soil, as they depend on vegetation, such as shrubs and bushes, to hold the soil in place.

Soil Temperature

Burning bushes exposes the soil to the sun. This lack of shade raises the temperature of the soil. If the fire also caused the soil to become water repellent, the soil will be even warmer due to the lack of moisture. Depending on the ecosystem, this warmer soil may hinder or encourage seed germination. Microbes present in the soil, if not killed by the burning, may not survive in the warmer soil. Many plants depend on soil microbes and, although they may grow, will not thrive if microbes are absent from the soil.

Nutrients

Nitrogen is bound in soil in an organic form. This organic nitrogen releases slowly into the soil and is made available for plants to use. Bush burning changes organic nitrogen into mobile nitrates. Plants are able to use mobile nitrates easier than organic nitrogen, and this accounts for the sudden plant growth that appears after a fire. However, mobile nitrates are more susceptible to being washed away with water runoff. Long-term bush burning creates soil that is lacking in nitrogen. Micronutrients, normally present in soil with decomposing vegetable matter, are lacking in soils after a fire. The combustion process of bush burning also increases soil’s pH. This is problematic in ecosystems that rely on low pH values, and native vegetation may have a hard time establishing itself again.

chemistry

ideal gases deviate from real glasses because

they have intermolecular forces between molecules and the London dispersion acting on them online the essential for the ideal gases which states that they have no intermolecular forces

2. real gases conditions are not perfectly elastic meaning kinetic energy is lost upon impact

3. their particles occupy some finite Spaces and do exert interactive forces among them

what is consider a given mass of a gas confined in a vessel with a movable piston if the gas is heated the molecules acquire more kinetic energy move faster and Collide more often with the walls of the vessel thereby increasing the pressure they are exactly the same number of collisions on the walls of the vessel the person most absorbable form of the gas is increased

hence, at a constant pressure the volume of a given mass of gas is directly proportional to the temperature

the internet represents and insecure channel for exchanging information and leading to a high risk of intrusion of fraud such as pushing different methods have been used to protect the transfer of data and the best and effective so far is encryption and decryption has become a critical security feature for driving networks and active home users alike it uses an algorithm to scramble or encrypt data and then uses a key for receiving party to unscramble all the information encryption process digital data confidentiality as it is stored on computer systems and transmitted using the internet or other computer network hope it helps

1) Chemistry

(a)they have intermolecular forces between molecules

(b) collisions aren't always elastic (also due to intermolecular forces) (c) gas molecules have volume.

2) CHEMISTRY

Charles's law (also known as the law of volumes) is an experimental gas law that describes how gases tend to expand when heated. A modern statement of Charles's law is: When the pressure on a sample of a dry gas is held constant, the Kelvin temperature and the volume will be in direct proportion.

3) AGRIC

bush burning creates soil that is lacking in nitrogen. Micronutrients, normally present in soil with decomposing vegetable matter, are lacking in soils after a fire. The combustion process of bush burning also increases soil's pH.

4) Data processing

INTERNET of THING will be the perfect match

5) ELECTRICITY GENERATION

Electricity is most often generated at a power plant by electromechanical generators, primarily driven by heat engines fueled by combustion or nuclear fission but also by other means such as the kinetic energy of flowing water and wind. Other energy sources include solar photovoltaics and geothermal power.

6) BIOLOGY

Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse change. Pollution can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat or light. Pollutants, the components of pollution, can be either foreign substances/energies or naturally occurring contaminants.

Pollutants are substances that caused the pollution

CAUSES OF POLLUTION AND EFFECT

global warming, acid rains, respiratory and heart problems, and eutrophication. ... Industrial activity, waste disposal, agricultural activities, acid rain, and accidental oil spill

The correct answer is C

We are solving for C so we need to isolate C

Multiply 2 to both sides

2W = CV^2

Divide V^2

C = 2W/V^2

For how many three digit numbers (100 to 999) is the sum of the digits even?.
attashe74 [19]

The digital sum of a 3-digit number is even if

• all 3 of its digits are even, or

• 2 of its digits are odd and 1 is even

Count the number of 3-digit numbers, all of whose digits are even:

• the first digit cannot be 0, and otherwise has 4 options (2, 4, 6, or 8)

• the second and third digits each have 5 options (2, 4, 6, 8, or 0)

So there are 4 × 5² = 100 such numbers.

Count the number of 3-digit numbers with 2 odd digits and 1 even digit:

• if the first digit is even, then there are 4 options (2, 4, 6, or 8), and the other two digits each have 5 options (1, 3, 5, 7, or 9)

• if the first digit is odd, then there are 5 options (1, 3, 5, 7, or 9); if the second digit is also odd, it has the same 5 options; then the third digit is even and has 5 options (2, 4, 6, 8, or 0)

Swapping the second and third digits in the last case gets the same amount of numbers; we're effectively multiplying by the number of permutations of 2 objects taken 2 at a time, 2!.

So there are 4 × 5² + 2! × 5³ = 350.

Then there is a total of 450 3-digit numbers whose digital sums are even.
