Find the slope of the line represented by the data on the picture
arsen [322]

Answer:

slope = - 4

Step-by-step explanation:

Calculate the slope m using the slope formula and any 2 ordered pairs from the table.

m = (y₂ - y₁ ) / (x₂ - x₁ )

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (- 2, 8) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (- 1, 4) ← 2 points from the table

m = \frac{4-8}{-1+2} = \frac{-4}{1} = - 4

Sam has 12 black and white photos and 18 color photos.he wants to put the photos in equal rows so each row has either black and
yawa3891 [41]
The question is asking us to determine the number of rows in which Sam can arrange his 12 black and white and 18 color photos. Sam wants to put them in the equal rows so that each row has either black and white photos only or color photos only. We have to find the GCF ( the Greatest Common Factor ) of 18 and 12. GCF ( 18, 12 ) = 6. So there should be 6 photos in each row if they have to be equal ( the equal number of photos in every row ). 18 = 6 * 3 and 12 = 6 * 2. Therefore the number of the rows is : 3 + 2 = 5. Answer: Sam can arrange his photos in 5 rows<span>. </span>

VladimirAG [237]

Answer:

2.56% chance of being selected

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

n = 39 --- you and 38 others

Required

Chance of you being selected

To do this, we simply calculate the probability using:

Pr(x) = \frac{n(x)}{n}

Where:

n(x)= 1 --- i.e you are just 1 person

So:

Pr(x) = \frac{1}{39}

Pr(x) = 0.0256

Express as percentage

Pr(x) = 2.56\%
