Explanation:

As 1 gram of carbohydrate contains 4 cal so

5 gram of carbohydrate contains 20 Cal

and as 1 gram of protein also contain 4 cal so 10 gram of protein contain 40 Cal.

and lipids contain 9 Cal per gram so 10 gram of lipids contain 90 Cal.

now we find the total cal:

20+ 40 + 90= 150k cal
