The answer is 24. Since there are 16 ounces in a pound you multiply 16 by 2 Becuase there are 2 pounds which equal to 32 then you divide 32 by 1/4 which you get 8 then you subtract 8 from 32 and you get 24 which is the answer

Find the equation of a line that has the same slope as y=9-9x and the same y-intercept as y=-10x-9
Olin [163]

Answer: y = -9x - 9

First, you need to put the two equations into slope intercept form (y=mx+b.)

1) y= -9x + 9

2) y= -10x - 9

First take the slope of #1

m = -9x

Then take the y-intercept of #2

b = -9

Now, put it into an equation.

y = -9x - 9
