To solve for the first question you do $6500*0.3 which will give you $1950. 30% is the max in all situations.

The second half you do $6500*.38= 2470 then subtract the 800 from there which will give you $1670.

Oval Inc. just paid a dividend equal to $1.50 per share on its common stock, and it expects this dividend to grow by 4 percent p
Rainbow [258]

Answer:

e. 14.60%

Explanation:

The computation of Oval's cost of new common equity is shown below:-

Price of stock = Estimated dividends for next period ÷ (Required rate of return - Growth rate)

Dividend =  $1.50 × (1 + 4%)

= $1.56

Price of stock would be the price net of flotation cost

= $16 × (1 - 8%)

= $14.72

Required rate of return

= (1.56 ÷ 14.72) + 0.04

= 14.60%

sveticcg [70]

Answer:

option b) -0.35%

Explanation:

For tax rate = 40%

After after-tax cost of debt = cost of debt × ( 1 - Rate )

= 7% × ( 1 - 0.40 )

= 4.20%

For tax rate = 45%

After after-tax cost of debt = cost of debt × ( 1 - Rate )

= 7% × ( 1 - 0.45 )

= 3.85%

Therefore, the change in cost of debt = 3.85% - 4.20% = -0.35%

Hence,

Correct answer is option b) -0.35%

Nadya [2.5K]

Answer:

The answer is "Develop and implement security and resilience programs for the critical infrastructure under their control, while taking into consideration the public good as well".

Explanation:

In the past, industrial control  systems were generally not connected to IT networks and did not contain complex computing  capabilities; therefore, they could be adequately protected using physical security measures like locks  and fences. However, as OT has become more integrated with IT, such physical measures are becoming  less adequate in securing the underlying critical assets.
