Y = x + 1.75...so we sub in x + 1.75 for y in the other equation

4x - 2y = 4
4x - 2(x + 1.75) = 4....distribute thru the parenthesis
4x - 2x - 3.5 = 4....add 3.5 to both sides
4x - 2x = 4 + 3.5...simplify
2x = 7.5....divide both sides by 2
x = 7.5 / 2
x = 3.75

now we sub in 3.75 for x in either of the original equations to find y.

y = x + 1.75
y = 3.75 + 1.75
y = 5.5

so ur solution is : (3.75,5.5) <==

morpeh [17]

Answer:

6 and 2

Step-by-step explanation:

this is a geometric sequence.

You will notice that the common ratio of this sequence is 1/3.

This means each term is 1/3 of the previous term, except for the first term.

18/3 = 6

6/3 =2

How many triangles exist with the given angle measures 55,45,90 degrees
const2013 [10]

Answer: The correct answer is B.

The first thing to check is the sum of the angles. 32 + 51 + 97 = 180. Therefore, the sides equal 180 and we can have a triangle because all triangles have exactly 180 degrees.

Second, the number of triangles with these measures is endless. Imagine taking the initial triangle and doubling the size. The angles don't change but the triangle does. We could keep doubling the size forever.

1.06^x= 4.1 solve this equation please
Deffense [45]
In order to solve this equation you need to divide both sides by 1.06 on both sides so you can cancel out the 1.06 times x which gives you i later learned that this was a never ending number which is why I turned both of them in a fraction so this would give me 4 1/10 divided by 1 6/100 dont forget to turn them into improper fractions. when you finish dividing you get the answer 3 46/53, so x equals 3 46/53.thta is your answer. please thank me
