No ovulation will occur. At the end of follicular phase around the 13th day of the menstrual cycle which means that preovulatory follicle is already viable for ovulation. Halting the FSH would mean the halting also the estrogen hormone production that triggers production of LH, LH which is needed to release the preovulatory follicle from the cumulus oophorous layer or ovulation.

Fish lay a large number of eggs, few of which are fertilized and very few of which hatch into young ones. Still fewer live to ma
vazorg [7]
The answer would be survival of the fittest.

This metaphor, "<em>survival of the fittest</em>," was used by Herbert Spencer to explain <em>natural selection. </em>It is sometimes also referred to as the survival for existence. This phrase came from the Dawinian theory of evolution where he explains that all species are capable of producing many offsprings. However, the survival of those offsprings depends on their ability to adapt to the risks and opportunities of the external environment.
<em>
</em>This relates to your scenario in the sense that fish lay a lot of eggs in the beginning but not all of them would live to achieve maturity. This is because even as eggs, they have many predators and are exposed to other elements. The threat pushes on even if they are able to hatch and grow up.

Si una enfermedad comienza a provocar la muerte de las poblaciones de lagartijas en las islas, ¿en cuál de ellas es más probable
elixir [45]

Answer:

It is likely that the lizards that live isolated from the rest (maybe in the farthest island) have more chances to survive because the disease needs to enter into the lizard's habitat to attack these populations. However, it is important to note that we need to know which is the cause of this disease in order to establish a working hypothesis.
