Theodore Roosevelt. He made a huge impact and changed how American society went about. Living conditions in the cities were very cramped and this was exposed through muckrakers, he made the effort to set a standard of space before making buildings. Also, the sanitation and safety of food products was all thanks to Theodore Roosevelt, from there the FDA was created. But he is most known for wild life preservation. He was a very athletic man, and enjoyed to hunt, and loved nature and the environment. He has saved some of the most monumental national parks. They wanted to destroy the Grand Canyon, and Theodore stood in their path and preserved it.
